We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and high standards throughout. The hotel facilities were great, with a communal lounge and a DVD player with plenty of movie options. The central location was perfect, with everything in walking distance and yet still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices to cater to everyone's tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and providing plenty of information about the local area.

our recent visit to llandudno was made even better by our stay at this lovely b&b. the owner was incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel valued. the comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and convenient location were just what we needed. we can't wait to return.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. It was perfect for exploring the area.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms on the top floor didn't work properly. This was a bit frustrating, especially since we wanted to stay connected during our Easter break.

We recently had an incredible stay at a B 'n B in Wales. The hosts made us feel like part of the family and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfasts were perfect, with delicious, freshly cooked food. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the pier and shops. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This B 'n B exceeded our expectations and is definitely worth a visit.

Rooms were comfy, breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect for everything - shops, restaurants, bus stops, beach, and Great Orme. Homemade cakes or biscuits were provided in the hallway every day. Perfect for those with physical handicaps.

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! It was conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and find great restaurants nearby. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The homemade cake upon arrival was a lovely touch. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection and piping hot dishes served on time. We also enjoyed the facilities available, such as the delicious flapjacks and cakes. It was an all-around fantastic experience!

The accommodation was spacious, well located, and spotless. We felt right at home at Arvon House. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. The room may have been slightly smaller than our previous visit but it was still absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was fabulous, and the owners, Mr & Mrs P, were amazing and incredibly friendly. They made us feel so welcome and even took the time for a friendly chat with me, even when I was a bit tipsy on a Friday night! The homemade cakes provided each day for our tea were a delightful touch. The location was great, within walking distance to everything, and the breakfast was delicious. Adele and Joe were the best hosts we could have asked for.

Stayed during Christmas and had a pleasant time. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including continental and cooked items. the location was perfect as it was within a short walking distance to the promenade and shops. I also enjoyed the warm and welcoming staff who were helpful with providing local information and suggestions for places to visit.

The shower had low water pressure and the WiFi wasn't strong enough to connect to our devices.

This hotel was just what we hoped for - great service, excellent hosts, and a fantastic B&B. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and sparkling bathrooms. The location was great, being close to shops and some very good eating houses. Everything was just a short walk away. The breakfast was probably the best we have ever had - plenty of choice and delicious. We were even treated to homemade cakes left in our room every night, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were lovely and clean. We would definitely recommend this fabulous B&B and will be returning as often as possible. I had a fantastic time at a charming B&B in a lovely seaside town. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my friend's dietary needs were met, even stocking up on special milk for her. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were given a thorough tour of our spotless room. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were a standout, and the entire house was kept immaculate. I will definitely be recommending this gem to others and look forward to returning on my next trip. a truly wonderful experience!
