From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The cozy cottages tucked away in a serene forest provided the perfect escape. The cookware in the cottage was super clean. The breakfast was decent. The friendly staff recommended AMAZING places to visit, including seeing thousands of puffins up close. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel, just outside of town, offered a peaceful setting with breathtaking views. our stay at this hidden gem was mind-blowing, with exceptional staff, comfortable accommodations, and unforgettable experiences nearby.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel just outside of town. It's a solid choice for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to see the northern lights. The location of their parking lot was perfect for this! The rooms were very comfortable and even had coffee available. The on-site restaurant was a great convenience and the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options. it was a lovely experience at Eyvindara.

The friendly and attentive staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying, fueling me for the day ahead. The restaurant, where I dined on one of the nights, boasted delicious dishes, particularly the mouthwatering lamb. the hotel's facilities, such as the hot tub and the lounge with free coffee, enhanced my stay further.

While the overall experience was exceptional, I did notice that the temperature in the room was challenging to control.

Pros of our stay at Hotel Eyvindara: The staff were amazing – super friendly and helpful with loads of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They even reminded us about the hot tub on the terrace, which was mind-blowing. They also suggested we go see the Puffins and it was a jaw-dropping experience, with thousands of them really close. The hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean – it had everything we needed and more. And the location, in the middle of a big forest, was just spectacular. We had incredible views from our room, and we loved having a patio with a small table. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world – so many delicious options, and it was included in the price. The owners were really friendly too, and the common sitting area was so cozy and inviting. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner, which featured local produce and was absolutely fantastic. All in all, it was a superb experience.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including cheese, hard-cooked eggs, bread, coffee. I also enjoyed the fresh sliced tomatoes, red peppers, and cucumbers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering advice on local attractions and even suggesting hidden gems off the beaten path. the location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The wifi in the rooms was not very reliable, but it worked well downstairs. It would be great if the hotel could improve the wifi connection throughout the property.

Friendly owners & staff, beautiful location, great breakfast with variety, convenient for touring the area or a stopover from Denmark. Good facilities, including a bar and restaurant on site. Quaint cabin in the woods with a comfortable loft common area for relaxation. Good value for the size of the room with nice views.

We stayed at Eyvindara for the second time and it was still a solid and comfortable choice. The private cabins were peaceful and quiet, and the owner made us feel like friends. The homemade sourdough bread at breakfast was fantastic and the hot tubs were clean and relaxing.
