The breakfasts at Ash Farm Country Guest House were absolutely amazing! We had a great choice of fruits, yoghurt, cereals, and a vast selection for a freshly cooked breakfast. The locally sourced meat was fantastic! The owners David, Janice, and Christian made us feel so welcome during our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect for visiting nearby National Trust places and Manchester. we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Warm, comfortable with a cozy fire in the living room and breakfast room. Separate shower room and toilet. Modern, clean, and new with a nice big shower and bathrobe provided. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful hosts. Deer park 5 mins walk nearby and pub next door for evening meals. Very peaceful.

The ensuite shower had plenty of hot water and the whole property was immaculate. The owners were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast options were extensive. The farm is located in a quiet village, next to a great pub that served delicious food at reasonable prices. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
