As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at this B&B. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom with a decent shower. I appreciated the little touches like having a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water in the room, as well as a selection of towels. The breakfast was tasty and served to order. The location by the north pier was also a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel. It was a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, making it perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and set us up for the day. We were also impressed with the selection of teas and coffees in the room.

The lack of parking facilities.

Great location near nightlife and tower, free parking, helpful owner, upgraded to larger room, immaculate with TV, dressing table. Lovely owners, looking forward to another stay.

This hotel is a gem! First of all, the location is perfect - just a stone's throw away from the Blackpool promenade. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy all the attractions. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their service was top-notch. The rooms, although on the top floor, were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had a comfortable couch. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely fantastic! Freshly made and delicious, it set us up for the day ahead. The attention to detail and the value for money at this hotel is unbeatable.

We had a fantastic stay at Ash Lea! Sandy and Joe made us feel right at home, providing excellent service and even catering to my gluten-free needs. The room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. They even thoughtfully provided spare toiletries when we forgot ours. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go-to place in Blackpool from now on. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and in a lively area with plenty of bars and entertainment options. The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even accommodated our request for a late check-out. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, with freshly cooked options available. the room provided everything we needed and the tea and coffee facilities were replenished daily.

I had a great stay at a lovely hotel in Blackpool. Clare and Dave, the owners, were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in earlier than my scheduled time and provided assistance with my luggage due to my mobility issues. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the North Pier. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great location for nightlife and nearby attractions. Clean room with a stylish design and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and abundant, fulfilling all our expectations. the hosts were very polite, accommodating, and respected our privacy. They gave us useful information about the area, and they were at our disposal for any query we may have had during our stay.

We encountered some issues with the hot water that fluctuated frequently, making our showers very uncomfortable. the room was a bit small, without enough space for our luggage and clothes.
