The continental breakfast spread was a delightful treat each morning. Cons: the Wi-Fi hiccup was a bit of a bummer, but didn't dampen the experience one jot—hosts hustled hard to fix it! .

The staff really want you to enjoy your time with them in their beautifully appointed home. They are lovely, very helpful at providing ideas for hikes and other activities. the breakfasts are excellent with loads of choice and cooked to perfection – one of the best we have ever eaten. the food is beautifully presented, delicious, and exactly as we ordered, with a lovely view over the water from the dining room. the location on the A82, the 2-lane motorway connecting Inverness with Glasgow, is fantastic with great views and good car parking onsite.

The Wi-Fi went down through no fault of the hosts; however, they were working hard to rectify the issue.

The bar with a wide selection of whiskey is the ideal place to bond with Scotland's national drink. the view of the mountains and passing trains is almost dramatic enough to steal the show from the delicious seafood cafe menu.

The request to vacate the house midday is just my idea of a relaxing holiday.

cleanliness was top-notch. located right across from the lake - a quick 5-10 min walk to town. loved the local insights they shared. to-go breakfast was a nice touch for early departures.
