I recently stayed at a guest house located on a main road junction, in a very muddy area, but incredibly close to the centre of town. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed that made me feel right at home. The service provided by the hosts was exceptional, with Julie and her husband going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of freshly made dishes to choose from, including homemade marmalade and honey. I also appreciated the flexibility in check-in time to accommodate my early arrival for a nearby event.

Spent Christmas away from home and it was great! the staff were beyond friendly and the breakfast was freshly made to order. We were pleasantly surprised by the key location, which was a short walk to the train station and a hospital. There was also a great supermarket nearby to grab any last minute items. the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated. Loved having a safe parking spot for our car as well.
