For the price we paid, Astor Kensington was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient USB chargers by the bed. The location was great, close to multiple metro stations and just a short walk from Kensington Gardens. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We loved the convenient location of Astor Kensington. Just a short walk through Hyde Park and you can easily reach Queensway Underground Station in just 3 minutes. This was perfect for us as vegetarians and vegans, as there were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hostel also had a kitchen open from 7am to 12pm, which was great for preparing our own meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel in Kensington. The value for money was unbeatable and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the underground station. The staff treated me with so much kindness and went out of their way to help me. I felt truly welcome and at home here.

Really enjoyed the homely and relaxing atmosphere. the en suite bathrooms with power showers were a huge plus. the staff was available 24/7 and obviously cared about the comfort of the guests. the hostel is conveniently located near Oxford Street and Hyde Park, with plenty of shops and cafes around the corner. the underground is just a 2-minute walk away. the facilities were clean, with a big kitchen and multiple fridges. the breakfast offered was good value for money at £3. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Astor Kensington - it exceeded my expectations! the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the tube station and beautiful Kensington Gardens just across the road. the hostel was clean and comfortable, including the beds. the facilities, like the fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms, were top-notch. I even had a sink in my room which was convenient. Plus, I enjoyed a cheap and delicious breakfast for only 3 pounds.

Location is superb , just a short walk to a beautiful park and close to metro stations. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around. the hostel is clean and the rooms are well, maintained. the staff is friendly and check, in/out process is smooth. Having a kitchen and a spacious dining room communal area was a bonus.

The climb to the top bunk can be a hassle, especially if you have a lot of luggage. the constant slamming of doors in the lounge can be annoying.

Great value for money and kind staff. the hostel was very clean and in a key location. After a long journey from the airport, we easily walked from the train station and got some much-needed rest. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

There was a problem with the sink in our room, but other than that, everything else was functioning well. the rooms were a bit tiny with minimal space to move around, and the mornings were bright early.
