Felt like a home away from home, nothing was too much trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent - great prices for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the room having all the necessary facilities and being clean and comfortable. Finally, the location was perfect, close to the city center and train station, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep.

One minor downside was the limited choice of cereals and fruits in the breakfast. However, overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice and I had a very enjoyable stay.

De plus, la propreté du bâtiment et des chambres est impeccable, ce qui m'a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Le lit était confortable, ce qui est primordial après une longue journée de vélo. Le personnel était également très aimable et m'a donné de bons conseils sur les restaurants à proximité. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était correct et m'a donné l'énergie nécessaire pour repartir le matin.

L'absence de rideaux aux fenêtres a été un inconvénient. J'ai dû fermer les volets même pendant la journée pour préserver mon intimité.

I recently stayed at a wonderful guest house in Cardiff and couldn't be happier with my experience. The rooms were spacious, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and the location was perfect with a lovely view of the river. The twin beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, and the price was unbeatable. I've stayed at other hotels in the area for four times the cost, but Austins Guest House was ten times better.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house in Cardiff. The location was excellent, being in walking distance of Cardiff centre and very near to Cardiff Castle, which is a brilliant attraction. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean room and comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel secure with the code entrance to the house and room. The hotel was also situated in a quiet road away from the Cardiff nightlife, ensuring a peaceful stay.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the river, stadium, and not far from the city and castle. It was ideal for me as it was within walking distance to Cardiff Bay and Cardiff Castle. The easy access to transport was a bonus, with the coach station only a 10-minute walk away and the train station about 20 minutes on foot. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had basic amenities. Despite it being a rugby weekend, the prices were still good value compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast could have been improved a little, maybe with additional options like mushrooms or fried potatoes.

the location was absolutely prime, just a couple of minutes' walk away from the castle and the main pedestrian shopping area. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the kitchenette facility in our room. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all there. Cleanliness was top-notch, and we were even able to lock our rooms when we arrived. We also enjoyed the perfect scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I stayed at this guest house over Christmas and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to the stadium. Self check-in was quick and easy, and I even received a courtesy call from the guest house. I also appreciated the provided towels and toiletries.

The only downside was that the walls and ceiling were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. This made it a bit difficult to sleep, especially on a mid-week business trip.

The table was great for writing and planning my visit. I felt comfortable and at home, and will definitely be back upon my next visit to Cardiff!
