I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful B&B in the charming village of Mere. the accommodation at this lovely English house was impeccable, with a tastefully furnished room under the cosy roof. the highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide range of options, including vegetarian choices. Parking was convenient and free, either on the street in front of the house or in a nearby car park. I also appreciated the proximity of a food market and several restaurants, making it a truly convenient and delightful stay. Without a doubt, I highly recommend B&B Castleton House to anyone visiting the area.

There was a minor issue with the shower head that required maintenance.

The attention to detail at this hotel was amazing. the staff really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfasts were not your usual run, of, the, mill options, they were absolutely fabulous. It was such a cozy and comfortable space.

The town where the hotel is located is quite small and there are only two pubs to choose from. It would have been nice to have more options for eating and drinking.
