The staff were attentive and professional throughout my stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to a nearby bus stop for transportation into the city. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. The food offered on the Conservatory Bar menu was delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location on top of a steep hill provided stunning views of the surrounding gardens and park. It was truly a tranquil and peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with attentive staff ready to assist with anything I needed. The room amenities were also fantastic, with everything from an in-room safe to a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast - a great start to the day!

It is worth mentioning that there were a few instances where the staff seemed to have little comprehension of customer service. In particular, the lady and male receptionists that checked us in need to work on improving their customer service skills.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend break! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made all the difference. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival - such a thoughtful touch. the grounds were just gorgeous and perfect for relaxing walks. Plus, the location was central and easy to get around.

There were a few things that didn't quite match up to our expectations. We also noticed a few cobwebs and dust in the bar area and had to ask for cream for our coffee multiple times, which wasn't ideal.
