I thought I was in for a delightful stay, but I was greeted with noisy floors and a faulty towel rail in my cold bathroom. I almost considered leaving a good review, but the overpriced and lackluster dinner made me realize they don't value their guests. A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice too. Disappointing.

The complimentary gin and tonic in our room was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed the cozy lounge with a fire, where we relaxed after a long day of hiking with stunning loch views.

No shower gel provided, but amazing loch views and clean, comfortable room!

The room comfort, the cleanliness, the stunning views from the window was simply marvelous.

Had a great time with stunning loch views! But the breakfast wasn’t up to scratch—potato scones were brick hard and haggis was soggy. Chur for the hospitality, though!

our bedroom was enormous with big windows and our bed was at least a king size. we played board games in the living room which had a very Scottish charm. highlight for me were the 2 friendly and chatty waiters at dinner , always with a smile. bar staff do a mean Negroni.

I stayed for two nights and had a nice time. I enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast with stunning views of the loch. The lounge was a great spot to relax, especially with a drink by the fire. One highlight was the large, comfortable bed in my room, which provided a pleasant experience after long days of exploring. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. As a single traveler, their hospitality stood out.

Stunning location near the Nevis Range for some great hiking, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable, and the charming old building added character to our stay. Plus, they welcomed our baby with open arms!

My wife says that the reception could be more organized. It would be great for families if there were designated kid-friendly areas.

The dimly lit lounge with the warm fire was a great place to unwind after a long day of hiking,, and I even enjoyed a few drinks with my pals there. Breakfast was a treat, with a buffet that had delicious options and you could really sense the quality that was put into it,, even if I had to fork over some cash for it.

Food was pretty pricey,, but I guess you pay for the views and the vibe.
