What a fantastic stay at Bank House! From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. The room was beautifully decorated with period furniture and extremely clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh local ingredients and homemade bread. The location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled on a quiet street, offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside, including the beautiful Lakeland Hills. Despite being on a steep hill, it was worth the climb to experience the peacefulness and serenity of this place. The room exceeded our expectations, with its lovely period furniture and cleanliness. The hosts, Sarah and Dino, were exceptional, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts were a highlight, with delicious homemade and locally sourced produce, including freshly baked bread and scrumptious cakes. The attention to detail, such as the tea pot in the bedroom and hot water bottles, made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

We recently enjoyed a lovely romantic escape and found the B&B to be very pleasing. The breakfast was truly amazing with fresh and homemade products, from the juice to the granola. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and a charming town center. We especially enjoyed the delicious cake that was waiting for us upon arrival.

While there were no major issues, some minor improvements could be made. The parking on the street was a bit challenging and required some skill.

The rooms were exceptionally quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable, with room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and a well-stocked tea and coffee corner. The hosts were not only very friendly and interesting, but also incredibly helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The leisure garden area provided a peaceful retreat, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient bonus.

They even allowed us to stay in the lounge past check-out time and brought us a tray of coffee when they found out we were attending an event nearby. It made our weekend so much easier and more enjoyable.

One thing I didn't like about this place was the parking situation. The location was on a steep road and while there was parking available on the street, it was a bit tricky to maneuver into a spot.
