We stayed at Bannville and had a delightful experience. The food in the hotel was spot on and the service was fine. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The location is great, with easy access to Banbridge and the Boulevard shopping centre. The atmosphere is nice and the hotel is currently being refurbished, which will make it even better. The food in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. a pleasant stay at Bannville.

The food at this hotel was decent enough. We enjoyed the Christmas dinner and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The location was also convenient as it was close to a shopping area and other attractions. One nice touch was the Christmas decorations in the common areas.

The rooms were not clean and it seemed like the hotel could use some renovations. The staff were not very welcoming or helpful, which put a damper on our holiday spirit.

Additionally, the hotel had safe parking and a manned desk for late check-in. it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was very considerate and moved us to a quieter area when they realized we had a baby. The food in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast had plenty of options.
