We stayed at the Barn Owl Inn for 24 hours to visit family. The location just off the ring road was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculate. We appreciated the lovely and secluded garden, and our dog was made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was tasty, and the overall experience was exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making our break perfect.

We had a great time at the Barn Owl Inn in Newton Abbot. The cozy cottage/barn feel and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The room was lovely and the evening meal was exactly what we were looking for. In the morning, the breakfast hit the spot. We also appreciated the manager who went above and beyond to resolve a small issue. We can't wait to return, perhaps with our family.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is just off the main road, ideal for those traveling west in the morning. However, it does overlook an industrial park and is situated next to a massive new roundabout, so it may not provide the most scenic views. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with quirky owl sculptures and pictures adding charm to the space. The staff provided outstanding service, particularly Gerald who was helpful and accommodating. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the facilities in the hotel were excellent, akin to those of a 5-star establishment. The room had amazing decor and was extremely comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel, although convenient, may not offer the picturesque views one might desire.

I travel often for work and stay at various hotels, but my recent stay at a pub/hotel in Newton Abbot called Barn Owl Inn was perfect. the atmosphere was cozy and pub-like, and my room had a lovely, quaint feel to it. Not only was it clean and well-maintained, but the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even reminded me to book a table for dinner and breakfast, taking away any worries. I didn't get the chance to try the food this time, but I definitely plan on staying here again on my next visit to give it a go. the staff went above and beyond by contacting me about a watch I left behind, assuring me that it would be kept safe for my next visit. it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend the Barn Owl Inn.

The price of the accommodation was quite high compared to other places we have stayed, and we felt that we could have found similar quality for a lower cost elsewhere. there was a problem with the hot water in the morning, which meant we couldn't enjoy a refreshing shower.

The breakfast served here is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Rooms were recently renovated with thick stone walls and fresh carpets, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. the location was convenient, just off the main road and a few minutes outside the town. the pub itself was larger than expected, with different seating areas and a pool table. the owners, Andy and Gerald, were welcoming and made sure nothing was too much trouble.

The location, which wasn't the most attractive. However, it didn't bother me as the pub and accommodation made up for it with their lovely garden and beautiful decor.
