My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I had, No. 34 on the ground floor, was spacious and well-equipped for a disabled person. Even though I don't have any disabilities, the room suited me perfectly, especially with my dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, just a short walk into Seahouses, where I enjoyed some of the best Fish and Chips. The breakfast selection was great and set me up for the day ahead. Plus, the hotel was very dog friendly, which was a big bonus for me. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The shower in my room had a small issue, but the reception staff quickly fixed it while I was out.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the superb breakfast options, with a different choice available every day. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. the location was a key highlight, being just a short walk to the main streets of town and directly across from miles of beautiful beach. It was so convenient and provided a stunning view from the lounge area.

The only downside to my stay was the size of the room. As a single traveler, I felt a bit cramped in a tiny room with no physical side windows, only a skylight.

As foreign tourists, we loved the close proximity to the beach, town, and harbour area. The sea view room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We enjoyed the common room and bar. Free parking was available at the rear of the hotel with minimal noise from the main road. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were provided.

Felt like our home away from home, no complaints at all.

The hotel is located right on the beach front, allowing easy access for walks and enjoying the seaside. it is just a short walk into town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast, made to order, offers a variety of options beyond the traditional English Breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.

The storage space in the rooms is quite limited.

Noisy metal frame bed.

This hotel offers great value for money with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in the beautiful white fluffy towels and the clean white en suite bathrooms. The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach, allowing for easy access to enjoy the stunning views. The breakfast is delicious and made even better by the beautiful sea views from the dining room.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is to have tables outside on the lawn for guests to enjoy the outdoor space.

We had a lovely stay at Beach House, enjoying the stunning sea view from our clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the harbor, shops, and restaurants, as well as a beautiful beach just across the road.

We do recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and the Farne Islands. the room was clean and functional, and the full English breakfast was top-notch. Also enjoyed spending time in the cozy lounge, watching TV and sipping on refreshing blackcurrant and lemonade from the bar. Having on-site parking was a real convenience during the busy holiday season.

The hotel's location is just right, being only a few hundred yards from the center of the village and the path down to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The first-line views over the sea and Farne Islands were spectacular.

Some aspects of the breakfast could be improved. The portion sizes were not quite satisfying, and the dishes did not match the images on the menu.

We enjoyed the comfortable nights with clean and well-equipped rooms, and the breakfast was decent. We appreciated the daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and milk. the view from the lounge area had stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Our experience was marred by the noise level in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep. We could hear conversations in other rooms and footsteps on the floor above.

Nice receptionist missing at 6pm check-in. Great sea view, comfy beds, plenty of tea/coffee. Outstanding breakfast, excellent value. Dog-friendly, good location near shops, pubs, restaurants, and harbor. Boating trips available. Dogs welcomed.
