We had a very comfortable stay at Beachy Rise. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee. The location was perfect for exploring The Downs and Eastbourne. Despite a small issue with parking, the owner went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay in a convenient location.

I recently stayed at Beachy Rise in Eastbourne for a couple of nights and it was absolutely delightful. The house has a lovely feel to it and Suzanne, the owner, was very welcoming. The twin room I stayed in had a great view over the garden and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom, although small, was modern and had a good shower. The tea tray was always replenished and the breakfast served in the guest dining room was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the village and the sea. Parking was also convenient with the provided permit. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I experienced some issues with the shower in my room. the temperature control seemed to be faulty, resulting in alternating hot and cold water.

The rooms were clean with tea and coffee facilities, and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was delicious and the host, Suzanne, was very helpful. The location was about a 25-minute walk to town and to Devonshire Park for tennis. There was a nice pub and restaurant nearby in Mead Village. Parking was available with a permit outside. As foreign tourists, we felt very welcome and at home at Beachy Rise.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. We stayed on the top floor and our room was well equipped with everything we might need for our stay, including a bath that was available anyway. The location, not being near the main area, suited us perfectly as it was in a nice area.
