We had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were brand new and the huge comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always on hand to help. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with options like smashed lemon and chili advocado on toast and a full English. The location was perfect, with shops nearby and restaurants in the center of Southsea. We even had views of the Spinnaker tower from our room.

One small negative was that the fan in our room was a bit dusty, but it didn't really affect our stay.

Lovely spot and a great location for exploring the area. The welcome from the team was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. We stayed in Room 6 on the top floor, which was beautifully maintained and had plenty of natural light. The access code entry system was convenient and eliminated any worries about losing a room card. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impressive, with visible cleaning and disinfecting happening throughout our stay. The breakfast included in the price was exceptional, cooked to order and delicious. The limited menu for other meals was well worth trying, with creative dishes cooked to perfection by the talented chefs. The front of house staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom floor being slippery when wet and the inability to access the WiFi in the room, our overall experience was exceptional.

The hotel had a quirky design and the staff were very friendly. It was conveniently located near the seafront, within easy walking distance of both Gunwharf Quay and the restaurants in Southsea. There were plenty of paid parking spaces nearby. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with a great selection of fresh and well-cooked foods.

Becketts in Portsmouth was exceptional for the third time. Great value for money, clean rooms with comfy beds, and lovely staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and shops.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the cozy room decoration, comfortable bed and pillows, and the lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and caring, making us feel right at home. The value for money was exceptional at just 55 gbp per night. The freshly prepared breakfast, included in the room bill, with a choice from the breakfast menu, was a great start to our day.
