The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The hotel also had a bus stop right outside and the underground station was just around the corner. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast, while basic, was really nice. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The room service and housekeeping were of excellent quality, and I appreciated the laundry and ironing facilities which made my stay more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a great touch. The room itself was well-equipped including a sitting area and a dining table which allowed me to enjoy my breakfast in comfort. I also liked the presence of a flat-screen TV, am/fm alarm, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting famous attractions like the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. It was also surrounded by great shopping options and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I loved sitting in the adjacent park and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there was a fantastic Whole Foods supermarket nearby, which was really convenient for picnicking.

Although my stay at this hotel was wonderful, the only downside was that the rooms were a bit cramped and there wasn't enough space. I even had to share a table with another family during breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hux Hotel in Kensington! The location was perfect, right on High Street Kensington, with easy access to the tube, Kensington Gardens, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, with fast Wi-Fi. The staff, especially Anadit at reception, were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. We had a business meeting and Anadit's humor and support helped calm our nerves. a fantastic experience and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to London.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great and helped save some money. the hotel was located close to key tourist attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around.

The room we booked was extremely cramped and did not live up to our expectations. the bathroom also needed some work and had a few issues with tiles and the shower door.

The bed, room, and bathroom were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, close to park and underground.
