The check-in process was quick and the staff was courteous. My room was on the first floor facing the back of the hotel, providing a quiet location. The room itself was clean and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. I appreciated the amenities such as the brand new closet, safety deposit box, and water kettle. The room also had a retractable flat screen TV with a good selection of channels, perfect working free wifi, and an ironing board and iron. The size of the room was ample, and the renovated hallway added to the overall positive impression.

We arrived late and were worried about finding a parking space, especially as we are disabled. we had no issues with parking at Bedford. the room was comfortable and the bed was nice. the toiletries were amazing, they smelled lovely and felt great to use. I would love to know where they come from as I would buy them. the breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the back of the hotel, especially the restaurant garden, the statue on St George's Church Bloomsbury, and the iconic landmarks surrounding the area. Imperial Hotels have come a long way, and Bedford Hotel is now a very elegant and well-kept establishment. the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

It was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the courtyard below. the staff were helpful and the restaurant options, though small, served delicious food. the hotel is close to Russell Square which has some nice amenities and a tube station within walking distance. we enjoyed our visit to Bedford Hotel and would recommend it for a weekend trip to the city.
