As young people, we loved the central location and the ability to explore the Borders easily. The hosts were amazing, and the breakfast, made from locally sourced ingredients, was the best we've ever had.

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, and the room was clean and well-equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options, especially the fry ups and porridge. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. Graham, in particular, was always willing to assist us.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated close to the center of town, we were able to easily explore everything that the area had to offer. We particularly enjoyed being close to the river, as it added to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was simply fantastic. The comprehensive menu, which even included haggis, allowed us to start our day off right. The fact that the hotel used locally sourced products made the meal even more special. I must mention the oat milk, which was a pleasant surprise. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we would happily return.

Spent a lovely weekend in a cozy B&B. the room was spacious, and they provided face wipes and even chocolates! the breakfast room was beautiful decorated and had an exceptional selection of cereals and fresh fruit. Plus, the full English breakfast was out of this world.

The radiators were not turned on to warm up our room, so the room was cold until we made adjustments. the TV instructions were not clear, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on without assistance.

Friendly staff, accommodating for triathlon, secure bike storage, convenient location, clean and well-maintained.
