The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the city center. We had easy access to public transport and there was a good choice of tasty breakfast options. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. The rooms were comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room were also convenient, such as the good WiFi connection.

The blinds in the room were not effective in keeping out the light, making it difficult to sleep.

loved staying at this townhouse in exeter, the landlady was lovely and even upgraded my room! the bed was comfy, shower was hot, and breakfast was delicious. would highly recommend for business or leisure. thanks for a great stay!

I loved the cozy feel of the boarding house and the attention to fire safety. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the infrastructure was constantly repaired and cleaned. The fast wifi and delicious breakfast made our stay even better.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the train station. The room was comfortable and recently refurbished with a powerful shower. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially during the train chaos. The continental breakfast was delicious with a large bowl of fresh fruit.

My recent stay at Bendene Townhouse was quite enjoyable. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a TV that had access to YouTube and Netflix. The shared bathrooms were well maintained and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy despite my late arrival. The location of the hotel is convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast offered a great variety, with a buffet-style cooked breakfast and a selection of cereals, yogurt, and juices. The outdoor patio garden was a lovely space to enjoy breakfast during the summer. I had a pleasant experience at Bendene Townhouse and would recommend it to others.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay, including providing gluten-free options for breakfast. The hotel itself was well-decorated and maintained, with comfortable and relaxing beds. Additionally, the location was superb, being just off Exeter city centre and within easy reach of the railway stations.

The only minor issue was a slight lack of privacy due to the sliding toilet doors, but this was understandable given the design of the hotel.

Had an amazing weekend stay at a B&B in a central location, with easy access to the train station and local attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee facilities in our room. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The walls and floors were very thin which made it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighbouring rooms. The decor could use some attention and there were a few issues with facilities, such as the lack of a mini-fridge and limited options for keeping drinks cool on hot days.
