The hotel was located close to the city centre, which was convenient for exploring the lively area. The staff were helpful in ordering us a taxi to attend a concert. The room was spacious and well decorated, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The bathroom in our room was in need of refurbishment, as it looked old and not up to a good standard.

We booked a weekend away to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and chose Benedicts as our hotel for the Friday night. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was fantastic, with great service and delicious food. The hotel bar had a lively atmosphere, and the staff were clearly passionate about their work. The comfiest bed EVER!!!!

I have to say, the bed in our room was absolutely heavenly. It was so comfortable and plush, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The room itself was amazing, especially considering the price. We got such great value for money. And to top it all off, we even received 2 free drink vouchers for the bar, which was a really nice touch. The bathroom was spacious and spotless too. I can't stress enough how nice our stay was at Benedicts Of Belfast. I would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and within walking distance to the city centre. I also loved the fact that it was near the Ulster museums, which were a must-visit for me. The staff here were amazing, always helpful and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay at Benedicts. the staff were welcoming and helpful, both at the reception and in the bar. Our room was lovely, although a bit over-decorated for our taste. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were clean. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, especially after a long journey.

We had an amazing city break with fantastic staff, good food, and comfortable rooms. the breakfast and set menu were complementary, and the portion sizes were great. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the city center, and accessible from the street. Another advantage was the smoking area at the back of the hotel.

The loud live music was a bit of a let-down, the rooms were somewhat insulated, but the drums can still filter through the walls.
