We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to learn our names and provide assistance, especially to my elderly Mum. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to Hyde and Green Park, as well as Piccadilly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely rooftop pool and a spa that offered exceptional hot stone massages. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the Collins Room, with every dish being a hit.

The location was also perfect, nestled in a quiet area yet close to all the shopping and dining options of Knightsbridge and Brompton. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the room fittings were top quality. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the renowned two-Michelin star restaurant, The Marcus, right in the hotel.

The hotel facilities, such as the gym and pool, were top-notch. The breakfast at Koffman's was sublime, and the quality of food throughout our stay was excellent. The Blue Room cocktails were also a highlight.
