Located in the very center of Old City, the hotel offers plenty of activities within walking distance. The reception staff was accommodating when we raised concerns about the parking charge. The room was clean and the shower was lovely. The kitchenette cupboard was impressive, providing ample storage space. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat allowed us to control the room temperature easily.

The projector TV was outdated and had issues with volume control and picture quality.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a short walk away from the lively art gallery, making it a convenient spot for art enthusiasts. the hotel's proximity to various amenities, including shops and restaurants, ensures easy access to everything you need. the hotel offers discounted parking in the nearby square, allowing guests to explore the city without any hassle.

One aspect of the hotel left something to be desired, as some rooms may be located in the basement, providing a less than desirable view.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated in a bustling square, where you can find shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved that the hotel is within walking distance of popular tourist spots like the museum and cathedral. the O2 arena is just a short walk away, making it convenient for those attending events. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a clever kitchen area that folded away when not in use. The bathroom was clean and stocked with lovely toiletries. The service from the staff was polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. a great place to stay!

That the electrics tripped a few times during our stay.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. the suites were spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchenette. the location was perfect, only a short walk away from the city centre and with a secure parking option nearby. Lastly, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. It was a great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Our only issue was the noise from other guests, as our suite was not very well insulated and we could hear their TV and the noise from their pets. However, it did not ruin our experience as the hotel staff resolved the situation quickly.

We had a pleasant stay at the Berkeley Suites. The location was excellent for exploring the city. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the suite was nicely decorated and spacious. The kitchenette in the cupboard was a clever idea. The complimentary sherry, biscuits, and fruit were a lovely touch. We also enjoyed watching Netflix on the bedroom TV. Despite a few minor niggles with noise and a malfunctioning projector, our complaints were addressed professionally. we would recommend these suites for a cozy and stylish stay.

Staying at this hotel was an absolutely luxurious experience with every need met. The exclusive amenities included were superb, with a beautiful garden area, outstanding restaurant, and a sophisticated bar/lounge area for relaxing. The room was simply amazing with premium in-room breakfast and exceptional private facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to access all the city's attractions.

The only minor issue we faced was the service which wasn't the best. However, that didn't detract from our overall experience as the staff made up for it with their friendly attitudes and willingness to help.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the entire suite was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and bath were absolutely luxurious. It was fantastic that there was an iron and hairdryer provided, and the kitchen space was simply brilliant. We were mind-blown by the fact that they allowed us to bring our dog with us on our honeymoon and they made our first night extra special with a bottle of champagne and card. The facilities were jaw-dropping and faultless. The service was excellent, with professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We can't wait to go back! The location was perfect and the suite was wonderful for my bridesmaids and mum to stay with me before my wedding. It was close to a fabulous restaurant and had plenty of space for us all to get ready. It was the perfect place to come back to after our wedding for a relaxed evening with no rush to leave in the morning. The kitchenette was great, stocked with essentials like milk, tea, and coffee. The staff went above and beyond to help and the Alice in Wonderland labels and complimentary fruit were a thoughtful touch. The bed was super comfortable.
