staying at berkeley suites was a dream. the suite was perfect for pre-wedding prep with plenty of space and a beautiful kitchenette. the location was ideal, close to great dining options and attractions. the staff were friendly, and the attention to detail with sherry, coffee, and projector was delightful. a truly wonderful stay.

I particularly enjoyed the concept of moving art in the room. the hotel's garden area offered a tranquil spot to relax, and its proximity to landmarks such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery made for memorable family outings, enhancing our overall experience.

Located in the very center of Old City, the hotel offers plenty of activities within walking distance. The reception staff was accommodating when we raised concerns about the parking charge. The room was clean and the shower was lovely. The kitchenette cupboard was impressive, providing ample storage space. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat allowed us to control the room temperature easily.

The projector TV was outdated and had issues with volume control and picture quality.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. the suites were spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchenette. the location was perfect, only a short walk away from the city centre and with a secure parking option nearby. Lastly, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. It was a great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Our only issue was the noise from other guests, as our suite was not very well insulated and we could hear their TV and the noise from their pets. However, it did not ruin our experience as the hotel staff resolved the situation quickly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the entire suite was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and bath were absolutely luxurious. It was fantastic that there was an iron and hairdryer provided, and the kitchen space was simply brilliant. We were mind-blown by the fact that they allowed us to bring our dog with us on our honeymoon and they made our first night extra special with a bottle of champagne and card. The facilities were jaw-dropping and faultless. The service was excellent, with professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We can't wait to go back! The location was perfect and the suite was wonderful for my bridesmaids and mum to stay with me before my wedding. It was close to a fabulous restaurant and had plenty of space for us all to get ready. It was the perfect place to come back to after our wedding for a relaxed evening with no rush to leave in the morning. The kitchenette was great, stocked with essentials like milk, tea, and coffee. The staff went above and beyond to help and the Alice in Wonderland labels and complimentary fruit were a thoughtful touch. The bed was super comfortable.
