Very comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep without any disturbance from outside noise. The hotel's location was ideal for visiting family at the nearby university and exploring the town center's restaurants.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chelmsford and had a positive experience. The night receptionist was cheerful and helpful despite my late check-in. He quickly resolved my issue with the WiFi and even tried his best to fix the TV. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was convenient for my visit. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at a hotel near the city center with free parking. the staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant, which had excellent food. the rooms were spacious with big, comfortable beds and colorful floors. the bar service was also top-notch, and we appreciated the air conditioning. our experience at Best Western was fantastic.

The bedside lamps didn't work, there were no electric or USB points by the bed, and the view from my window was of a busy car park. the trendy fan was noisy and ineffective, and the curtains were flimsy and constantly falling off the rail.
