We stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway and were delighted with our experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us and our dogs feel very welcome. The room in the courtyard was perfect for us and spacious enough for our dogs to roam around comfortably. It was great to have easy access to the large field adjacent to the hotel for walks with our furry friends. The breakfast, whether buffet or table service, was delicious and satisfying. The bar area in the old part of the hotel added a charming character to our evenings, especially with their selection of real ales. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, and also had a preference for the external motel rooms for a clean and convenient stopover.

Stayed here for a romantic escape and had a lovely time. the room was clean and spacious with a balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. We were pleased with the easy parking and free WiFi. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of attractions nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The main downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it quite hot during the summer. the breakfast service was a bit slow and some items took a while to be replenished.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and well-designed suite, complete with a luxurious jet spa bath and excellent shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my gluten-free diet, and the bar staff went out of their way to make sure I had options. The location was ideal for our family catch up and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.

The breakfast option could be improved. Instead of a sausage, bacon, and egg roll, I was hoping for a proper cooked breakfast with a delicious variety of options.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly staff, nice rooms, ample parking, and a great selection of lagers. the chalet rooms were a bonus for dog owners like us, providing easy access to walking our pets in the nearby woods and fields. we had a wonderful experience.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We also liked the atmosphere at the hotel. the little pub was a nice touch too. Despite the hotel being located on a busy road, we were happy that it was quiet at night. It seemed like a good hotel for a short stay.

We didn't like the fact that some of the rooms needed an update. the windows in our room were screwed shut, which seemed like a fire hazard.

The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would happily stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Waking up to see rabbits in the field behind the hotel was a lovely surprise. The location was convenient, with Norwich and the sea just a short drive away. The restaurant had good food, and the attentive waitress made the dining experience pleasant. The availability of a lift was also a plus. my stay at Best Western was fantastic.
