The hotel’s proximity to Chiswick High Street made it easy to explore nearby cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately, my room on the ground floor was too noisy due to foot traffic and door slams throughout the night, leading to very little sleep.

Had a good stay, but the room was tiny and those pillows were a bit of a letdown. Staff were great, though, and breakfast was pretty solid. Chur!

during my recent stay, I really appreciated the close proximity to Chiswick House and Gardens, which was just a pleasant 15-minute stroll away, perfect for leisurely afternoons in nature, and I loved that there were so many delightful cafes and restaurants just around the corner, like Outsider Tart, where I enjoyed some tasty treats after a day of exploring the city.

Noise levels in rooms could seriously disrupt sleep!!! Small room sizes might not be comfortable for families!!! The inconsistent air conditioning is a big comfort issue, especially during the summer!!! Renovation disturbances were quite annoying during my stay!!!

The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from two underground stations and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff was extraordinarily welcoming, with friendly receptionists always ready to assist. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable king bed and air conditioning that worked flawlessly. A small kitchenette was a nice bonus, although figuring out the stove was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, a lack of basic amenities like shower cream was inconvenient, but the cleanliness of the room was impressive.

Just a heads up, the ground-level room near the staff door can get a bit noisy at night, but overall, it didn't ruin the vibe. 😊
