I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was what I expected, with good facilities and a clean, spotless bathroom. The shower was terrific and the views over the gardens were pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located close to loads of good restaurants and quite near to the subway station, making transportation easy. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming and efficiently run experience.

Convenient location near Kew Bridge. Recently refurbished rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with high-quality ingredients. Good on-site car parking. a great option for a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Best Western. The neighborhood was lovely, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The cleaning ladies and one man at the reception desk were also very friendly and helpful. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location is great with easy access to the tube station. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a towel shortage, but the reception staff promptly fixed it. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean, functional and well-equipped with AC, TV, safe, and kitchenette. Breakfast offers great variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location, near bus stops, tube stations, restaurants, bars. Limited parking spaces available.

The hotel is in a nice area of London and close to Turnhen Green station, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are great with comfortable double beds and impressive showers.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location within 5 minutes walking distance to Turnhen Green station makes it convenient for public transport to get into central London. Situated in a very charming neighborhood, it offers easy reach to the City center. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are clean, with sufficient storage for toiletries. The breakfast, although not included in my rate, offers a variety of options including egg dishes made to order for vegetarians.

All aspects of my stay were wonderful.

Friendly staff, showed us to the annex area. Delicious buffet breakfast. Comfy, clean, quiet room. Great location near metro and good restaurants. Secure car park for no extra cost.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel with our group of friends. The location was great - tucked away down a quiet alley and easy to find thanks to its proximity to the tube stations. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and newly refurbished bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection of dishes.

The hallway carpets could use a bit of a spot clean, but it didn't affect our stay.

The noise from the street could be a bit of a nuisance at night. the room was a bit small and cramped, but this was to be expected given the location.
