I recently stayed at the Duke of Cornwall hotel for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The room had a lovely character with a comfortable four-poster bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town. Parking was easy and affordable, with plenty of spaces available. a great stay!

It is within walking distance of shops, The Hoe, restaurants, and the Sea Front. Parking is available, and the hotel was accommodating with early check-in. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We spent our Christmas break in a historic hotel that had a grand feel to it. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay enjoyable. the meals were a highlight, with two complementary festive drinks and desserts added to the experience. the location was ideal, with attractions such as the city center, Hoe, and Barbican within walking distance. the room was spacious, with vintage accents, and added a delightful touch to the festive atmosphere.

The shower was outdated and difficult to maneuver; it was a challenge to stay dry.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the pavilions, making it perfect for attending gigs. There is also a footpath from the hotel to the car park, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is situated in the centre of the city, allowing for easy exploration of Plymouth.

The bar service was quite poor, with long waits and staff frequently disappearing.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Duke Of Cornwall. The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and restaurants. The cost was excellent value for money, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The building itself is beautiful, like something out of a movie. The staff were polite and nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the superior room, which had its own lounge with a second TV and a table and chairs to enjoy our coffee. Despite the public lift being out of order, the option to use the service lift was provided, showing great customer service. a very satisfying and enjoyable stay. Can recommend this hotel.
