We stayed at Best Western for one night while travelling home and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a great location and was perfect for our needs. The pool provided entertainment for the kids and I enjoyed the sauna. The evening reception team were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the price was reasonable. The hotel's proximity to Delamere forest was an added bonus. We will definitely consider returning for a longer stay to relax and enjoy the amenities.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the spacious and clean rooms with quality bedding at Frodsham Forest Hills. The hotel grounds were perfect for letting the children run and play during the summer. The views from the hotel were absolutely fabulous. The swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna were all enjoyable amenities that made my stay even better. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the great choice and value of food for breakfast, with options like hot cooked, traditional, continental, and fruit.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the town center and had easy access to nearby attractions. the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

The meals were often too hard for an elderly person to eat, and there were many occasions when vegetables were not served with the meals. We were especially let down when we discovered that on a Sunday, there was no Sunday roast without prior notice.

Had a great New Year's stay at this hotel. Loved the complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room upon arrival, as well as the free breakfast each morning. the location was perfect for watching the fireworks display and exploring the town's shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was a bit dated, and the bathroom could use some updating. the staff was friendly, but sometimes it took longer than expected to get assistance at the front desk.
