We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! the staff, especially Suzanne and Harri, were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite our mobility issues, they quickly found us an upgraded room on the first floor with more manageable stairs. the location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, bars, and the railway station nearby. the evening meal menu was excellent, and we enjoyed the lovely gardens and outside sitting areas. the large, on-site parking was a great bonus. the room was freshly decorated, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the secondary double glazing for noise reduction. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a charming town, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer. This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors railway, just a short walk away. The convenient bus service also made it easy to get around. The staff here were fantastic, offering excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms, although a bit small in some cases, were clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully, with a good variety of options. we had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel.
