A Hidden Gem in the City

We stumbled upon this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful remodel. Our room felt brand new, with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The complimentary champagne upon check-in was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The location may not be the best, but we never felt unsafe. The convenience of having fast food restaurants and grocery stores nearby was a bonus. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

We got great value for our money at Cove Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. The location was central and convenient, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could use some improvement with more variety and choices.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering how nice the rooms were. The attention to detail was evident, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom with a huge shower with a waterfall type head. The location, although in a so-so neighborhood, was convenient for us as we had booked last minute. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. The basic amenities provided, such as a kitchenette and breakfast included, were a definite bonus. we had a great stay.

The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the basic amenities in the room, like the microwave and refrigerator, as well as the great shower. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

Additionally, the heated pool was a great feature that allowed me to relax and unwind during my holiday getaway.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the lack of an ice machine for guests was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cove. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. the modern and clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise. the pool, located in the quiet courtyard, was perfect for relaxing in the sun. the hotel's ambiance was lovely, with beautiful landscaping and tasteful decor. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. the breakfast at the cafe/lounge was delicious and reasonably priced. the cabanas and lounge chairs by the pool were a great addition, and we appreciated the availability of pool towels.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The hotel was well-maintained and had a modern and chic design. The staff were welcoming and provided a smooth check-in and check-out process. The complementary breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was convenient, with plenty of fast food places and stores nearby. It was also close to the Convention Center and within a 10-minute Uber ride to the more trendy and fun night life area.

Amazing stay at a comfortable, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff, especially Sanjay, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were well decorated with huge bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pool grounds were also first class. This is definitely the place to stay in Long Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The general manager went above and beyond to help my father and me in difficult times, arranging for us to extend our stay despite the challenges. Having a microwave in our room was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

The room was comfortable and clean with an adjacent outdoor seating area facing the pool area which was nicely landscaped. The customer service was outstanding, both morning and night shifts. The pool area was lit at night, creating a calm and romantic atmosphere. The price was unbeatable for all that was offered.
