We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely ambience. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and close to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by including more options for vegans and vegetarians.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Inverness for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. One of the bar staff even took a keen interest in my aftershave, which was a nice personal touch. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, right by the river. The location couldn't have been better. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were clean and of a high standard. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious, and the barman was very accommodating when we arrived late and managed to get us a coffee. I had previously stayed at the Palace years ago, and I can confidently say that it has improved in every way.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spa treatments and the pool at the hotel. The staff at the spa were helpful and made my experience very relaxing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance of the town center and offered stunning views of the surrounding area.

One thing I didn't like about my stay was the parking situation. The car park at the hotel was very small and often full, which made finding a parking spot quite difficult.

The hotel is beautifully located right on Ness Walk, with stunning views of the river. My room was at the top of the building and I couldn't get enough of the raging river outside. The room service dinner I ordered was delivered promptly and was absolutely delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I got the best sleep I've had in a while. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, scenery, and exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing - right on the riverbank and within walking distance to town centre. The service is impeccable - from the welcome drink to the room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and room service. The leisure spa & wellness centre was top notch with a heated swimming pool, steam room, and massage services. The staff is very caring and gave us excellent service, working well to keep us happy.

The New Year getaway was overall quite pleasant, with some complimentary snacks and drinks upon our arrival and a nice view of the city from the window. The location was also quite convenient, in close proximity to the train station and with easy access to the city center. The breakfast was quite good, especially the freshly baked pastries.

The furniture looked old and worn out, and the heating system was not working properly, making it quite chilly in the room. the check-in process was quite slow and disorganized, which made the start of our stay quite stressful.
