We had a wonderful stay at the Cottages El Portal. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby amenities and restaurants within walking distance. The bungalow itself was cozy and had a lovely shared garden. Despite some broken hammocks, there were still comfortable spots to relax outdoors. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay for an extra night.

It would have been nice to have been informed about this beforehand. Additionally, there was no access to local TV channels and no explanation provided on how to obtain access.

We especially enjoyed the big bathroom and the convenience of having a washer and dryer right outside our back door. a fantastic experience that we will definitely be back for!

The hotel is new and clean, and the area is peaceful, green, and safe. It's conveniently located between downtown and Aventura, making it easy to get around the whole Miami area. The onsite parking is free, and the kitchen in my room was equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and oven. What I loved most about this place is that it felt like having my own cozy little apartment.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was close to everything and we didn't have to deal with any ridiculous parking or resort fees. the property was clean and cozy, making us feel comfortable during our stay. We also loved the fact that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.

One downside of our stay was the water pressure in the shower. It was lower than what we were used to, but it was not a major issue that would deter us from staying again.
