My stay at the Lion Hotel was delightful. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, making me feel right at home. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and I appreciated the abundance of tea and coffee sachets. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I recently stayed at the Lion Hotel in Worksop for a few nights. The bar and restaurant area were fantastic, the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was large. I loved that the room had a TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a kettle with a selection of teas and coffees. The dinner at the hotel was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing, especially the cooked-to-order options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

Easy access to Clumber park. Clean, attractive decor and furnishings. Pleasant, helpful staff. Plentiful, freshly cooked breakfast. Interesting town with lovely park and street market. Perfect alternative to usual accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore Worksop. The surrounding area offers a good selection of stations, allowing for convenient transportation options. the hotel staff are known for their officious nature and are always ready to assist guests.

Some of the rooms may have issues with the heating, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests, especially during colder months.

The staff were brilliant and incredibly helpful. The temperature controls in the rooms were fantastic, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel was always very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Moreover, the hotel's central location made it easy for us to get around this city.

My Easter stay was fantastic! the hotel was located in a great spot and it was easy to get around. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact that they had free parking available, which made things a lot easier. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and it had everything that we needed. the restaurant was great and the food was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Easter-themed desserts!

Although our stay was amazing, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We had some trouble finding the hotel at first, as the directions on the website weren't very clear.

I missed breakfast by 10 minutes, it would be better if it ended at 9:30 instead of 9:00. However, the staff kindly made me some porridge, which I greatly appreciated.

We got a free upgrade to a King suite with a super, large shower room, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety and options.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Worksop and had a great experience. The location was right in the center of town, which was so convenient for us. We were able to walk to most places and there was even a nice atmosphere in the hotel's bar area, where they were showing the football. The staff were also excellent, always helpful and friendly. They even ordered us a pizza, which was a nice touch.
