We had a pleasant stay at a hotel located on the edge of the picturesque Cotswolds, close to Malmsbury and Tetbury. Our room was comfortable with crisp white bedding and a flat screen TV. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the restaurant offered imaginative and well-presented evening meals. The hotel's location also allowed us to easily explore the local area and visit the restaurant we had booked for that evening.

We found the check-in process quite lengthy, and the receptionist failed to inform us when our rooms were ready.

We were delighted with the size of our room, it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also generous in size, providing plenty of room to move around. The Cotswold buildings added a charming touch to the overall atmosphere. Parking was easy with ample space available. The nearby pub, The Potting Shed, offered delicious food and had a friendly ambiance. Finally, the breakfast served at Pettifers Freehouse was enjoyable and had a good variety of options to choose from.

We recently stayed at Pettifers Hotel for a weekend getaway with our puppy and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and incredibly accommodating, especially towards our furry friend. We loved the excellent food and breakfasts at Pettifers Freehouse Hotel. The bar had a great atmosphere and the staff were very nice and helpful. As people who like karaoke and casinos, we really enjoyed the entertainment options available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the hotel had a beautiful garden with plenty of seating areas. the location was convenient, close to Tetbury and Cirencester.

The bathroom was slightly dated and the shower had low water pressure. the breakfast was enjoyable, but one of the dishes came out cold, although the issue was promptly resolved.

The location was ideal, especially for visiting Westonbirt Arboretum. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering grilled or buttered mushrooms and hash browns instead of deep-fried ones.
