I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the Main Street and train station. The convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby made my trip even more enjoyable. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great bonus, allowing me to easily explore the local attractions like the ropeway. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The dining experience was exceptional, with a delicious buffet breakfast and a Michelin-star equivalent kaiseki dinner.

Highly recommended for everyone.

My room at Arima Kirari was a delightful throwback to the retro 70s style, which added a unique touch to my stay. The comfortable tatami room and the delicious breakfast were also highlights of my experience. It was a great value for money.

One drawback was the steep hill leading to the hotel. It was a bit challenging to walk, especially with an infant and a toddler.

Our room had a stunning view of a serene natural property and was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit all tastes. We really enjoyed the public onsen and the different pools available for relaxation. It was amazing to be able to visit for free on our check-out day.

The onsen was very crowded and chaotic due to non-hotel guests, which took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Some of the staff had limited English abilities, which made communication difficult at times.
