We had a last-minute change of plans and stayed at Sure Hotel Collection. the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and checkout quick. the room and toilet were clean and tidy, and we had a comfortable sleep. the property had a beautiful setting with scenic views. the hotel had a lovely outdoor garden area and a well-stocked bar with reasonably priced drinks. a super little hotel with helpful staff and a good chef in the kitchen.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I loved the attentive and friendly staff. They were always there to assist with any queries or requests. the food served at the hotel was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. It was definitely a culinary delight. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, offering a wonderful view of the beautifully maintained gardens.

the cleanliness in the bathroom was not up to par. There were some stains on the basin, which was off-putting.

The on-site restaurant, the Comfy Duck, serves a wide range of delicious food, including the famous Sea Trout with Jersey royal potatoes, samphire, and spinach.

The lounge area is poorly equipped and the chairs are uncomfortable.

great stay, exceeded expectations. gluten-free breakfast options were provided, although brought my own cereal. enjoyed previous stays in grimsby. sure hotel collection did not disappoint. lovely building and grounds, clean and spacious rooms. friendly staff. overall, highly recommended.
