This place was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, from the reception area to the corridors and lifts. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a dreamy bed and high-quality pillows. The bathroom was impressive, with a powerful shower and ample hot water. The food was of a high standard, with a great selection for breakfast and delicious options for dinner. The free WIFI had fantastic signal strength throughout the hotel. We were also impressed by the play area for kids in the dining room, which showed that the staff truly cared about their guests' experience.

We would have loved to try out the leisure complex, but unfortunately, due to renovation works, we had limited time in the swimming pool. However, this hotel comes highly recommended to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the family room we stayed in was in need of redecoration, with peeling wallpaper and an outdated bathroom. there was excessive noise throughout the night due to guests talking loudly and slamming doors, making it difficult to get a proper rest.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the check-in process was smooth and we were greeted with warm cookies, which was a nice touch. the room was spacious and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized TV. One of the best aspects was the location – the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and attractions. We also appreciated the free parking, which made it convenient for us to explore the area.

the air cooling system in the room took a while to cool down, but luckily there was an electric fan provided. the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking and the shower power was a little weak.
