We've stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of beautiful Derry, just out of the center, which makes for a peaceful and refreshing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are excellent, extremely large and spotless, with all the amenities you could need including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The food is exceptional, with a special mention to the accommodating staff who catered to my partner's dietary needs without any problems. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I can fault is the lack of quality customer service from some of the staff members. However, this is mainly down to poor management and not a reflection of the reception staff and the guy in the leisure center, who were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic family trip with our two small kids. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. The family room provided ample space for all of us, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our children's requests, making our meals enjoyable and tantrum-free. We also enjoyed the pool, which provided additional entertainment for the kids.

The massage service and afternoon tea fell short of our expectations, with shorter-than-advertised massage durations and lapses in service during afternoon tea.

Well-decorated room with large TV and comfy bed, plus a selection of pillows. Tasty room service and breakfast with a variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in and the breakfast staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy robes and slippers provided. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious, with a good variety of options and reasonable prices. We also loved the added bonus of having access to the pool, sauna, and steam room. this place provided a great getaway with excellent service and amenities.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice quiet retreat. It's located just outside the city, about a 10-minute drive into the center.
