We've stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of beautiful Derry, just out of the center, which makes for a peaceful and refreshing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are excellent, extremely large and spotless, with all the amenities you could need including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The food is exceptional, with a special mention to the accommodating staff who catered to my partner's dietary needs without any problems. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I can fault is the lack of quality customer service from some of the staff members. However, this is mainly down to poor management and not a reflection of the reception staff and the guy in the leisure center, who were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic family trip with our two small kids. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. The family room provided ample space for all of us, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our children's requests, making our meals enjoyable and tantrum-free. We also enjoyed the pool, which provided additional entertainment for the kids.

The massage service and afternoon tea fell short of our expectations, with shorter-than-advertised massage durations and lapses in service during afternoon tea.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We found a great spot for our short stay near Londonderry. The steam room and sauna were a much-needed relaxation escape. The staff, especially Kimberly, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best day ever. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection. The gym and swimming pool were also well-maintained. a pleasant experience.

The dining room decor could use an update.

Great Weekend Break in Derry

I had a fantastic weekend break at a hotel just a short drive away from Derry. The hotel had amazing facilities, including a spa, swimming pool with sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. The gym was excellent too.

The value for money at Best Western was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel layout was convenient. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be improved with fresher fruit options.

Couldn't stay longer.

The staff were friendly. The hot food was delicious, especially the daube of beef and crispy chips. The decor with a lit up tree created a nice ambiance. The pianist added a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet on the second morning was better than the first.

The hotel had excellent facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and spa treatments. The gym was also available for guests. The cozy fire in the reception area added to the warm and inviting atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in a comfortable room for a few nights. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by providing fresh milk and even hair straighteners. The swimming pool and steam room were great, and I loved the cozy real fire in reception. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the Cajun spiced tomato soup and the generous portion of deep fried beef on Asian salad. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. a lovely hotel with excellent staff, clean facilities, and great food.

Good bed and pleasant pool! We had a lovely time on our romantic escape. the hotel offered an excellent spa experience and the staff were accommodating in helping us find local attractions to keep us busy. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the hotel room and appreciated the parking facilities.

Our meals were overpriced and the portions were far too small. the hotel also had a noisy atmosphere, which made it difficult to relax.
