I was utterly frustrated with the service during my stay. The bar menu was stagnant, featuring the same limited selection throughout my three nights, giving off the impression of laziness from the kitchen. The breakfast situation was a disaster—staff didn’t adequately explain how it worked, leaving us to figure out breakfast on our own while they sat chatting, showing a lack of professionalism.

The bar area had a charming ambiance, and the rainwater showers in my spacious room were a delightful perk, making for an enjoyable stay. The staff was consistently friendly, and the cozy atmosphere in the rafters added to the overall experience.

Noise from events downstairs disrupted my sleep on more than one occasion.

The buffet breakfast was notably good, particularly the herby and meaty sausages, which set a pleasant tone for the morning.

The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Consider asking for a room away from the bar area to avoid late-night noise, as it can disrupt your sleep during busy events.

This was just a well-suited match for a flash stay in Haywards Heath with definitely value for money. Very clean, and the shower worked perfectly. If you need parking, it’s fine, but make sure to arrive early to secure a spot.

Cozy atmosphere, welcoming staff at the 24-hour reception made our stay comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast featuring plenty of options, along with the convenience of free parking which allowed easy access to explore nearby attractions.

The charming old building had friendly staff. Location is convenient at just 20-25 mins walk to the center , making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

The bar service was slow, causing lengthy waits for orders. Additionally, a few issues with room decor being somewhat outdated left room for improvement.

The Birch Hotel is a charming place with vintage stained glass windows that add a beautiful touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the complimentary internet access.

Chur, heaps comfortable room, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety—only scrambled eggs on offer. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Sweet as overall!

Got a delightful welcome at reception, and the room was impeccably clean with a super comfy bed. Enjoyed a peaceful night without disturbances. A lovely touch with the modern bathroom and the air conditioning was a breeze to operate!

The only issue? That valence sheet was having a bad day—totally ripped!
