This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the location in a nice area. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed. I was impressed with the hotel's value for money, attention to detail, location, service, and the breakfast options available.

De vakantie die ik in het Paradise Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive in Punta Cana heb doorgebracht was fantastisch. Ik verbleef in een ruime kamer met een jetstream bad, dat ondanks een klein probleem met de stop, erg ontspannend was. Het eten was heerlijk en er waren veel verschillende restaurants om uit te kiezen. Het hoogtepunt was het gigantische zwembad, dat direct toegankelijk was vanuit de tropische tuin. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was uitstekend. Ik zou dit resort zeker aanraden aan families met kinderen en stellen die op zoek zijn naar een romantische vakantie.

Het enige minpuntje was dat de avondactiviteiten beperkt waren en er weinig nachtleven was in het resort.

The complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Plus, the room had a stunning view of the countryside.

The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in welcoming guests properly. the room was small and the noise from the corridor kept us up at night.

Convenient location near hospital, great for visiting family. Quiet room met my request. Old world charm in atmosphere. Bar had dazzling night club vibe, enjoyed delicious IPA. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and clean bathroom. the staff were friendly and polite, providing good customer service. the breakfast provided was also satisfactory, offering options for both vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

The noise and disturbance caused by an air conditioning unit located outside our room. the view from our window was also unappealing.

The Birch Hotel Haywards Heath is a smart hotel with attentive and very friendly staff. The location is great, situated close to both Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath, which is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel also offers easy access to the Bluebell railway for a unique dining experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view from some of them. The breakfast options include an excellent choice of cereals and fruit, served in a clean and pleasant dining room.

One minor issue we encountered was difficulty getting into the car park, but fortunately, there was ample parking available.

I stayed at Birch for one night and it was perfect for my solo trip. The room was small but cozy with a comfortable bed and ideal temperature. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was impressive. The hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and the location was great for visiting Sussex gardens. The breakfast was good and they had newspapers available in the morning.

The hotel is located on the Bluebell railway, allowing for a scenic dinner experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was helpful and informative, and the breakfast served was excellent. the hotel offered a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I did find that there was a gap between lunch and afternoon tea where it was not possible to get a sandwich or any other food in the hotel.
