I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the location in a nice area. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed. I was impressed with the hotel's value for money, attention to detail, location, service, and the breakfast options available.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was decent and my daughter especially loved the great coffee. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 25-minute drive from the University of Sussex, which was the purpose of our visit. Being disabled, I appreciated that there were no lifts to wait for, as my room was on the ground floor. The newly decorated room was lovely, and the bathroom was spotless. The reception staff were superb, providing a friendly and professional check-in and check-out experience. The hotel also had convenient parking within its grounds, making it easy for us to get around. I found the hotel to be nice and suitable for my needs.

The noise and disturbance caused by an air conditioning unit located outside our room. The view from our window was also unappealing.

The Birch Hotel Haywards Heath is a smart hotel with attentive and very friendly staff. The location is great, situated close to both Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath, which is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel also offers easy access to the Bluebell railway for a unique dining experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view from some of them. The breakfast options include an excellent choice of cereals and fruit, served in a clean and pleasant dining room.

One minor issue we encountered was difficulty getting into the car park, but fortunately, there was ample parking available.

I stayed at Birch for one night and it was perfect for my solo trip. The room was small but cozy with a comfortable bed and ideal temperature. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was impressive. The hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and the location was great for visiting Sussex gardens. The breakfast was good and they had newspapers available in the morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The hotel is located on the Bluebell railway, allowing for a scenic dinner experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was helpful and informative, and the breakfast served was excellent. the hotel offered a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I did find that there was a gap between lunch and afternoon tea where it was not possible to get a sandwich or any other food in the hotel.
