The hotel was conveniently located near the tube, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel added to the overall positive experience.

Additionally, there were issues with amenities such as water availability, elevator operation, and cleanliness during my stay. the noise from the bathroom ventilator also disrupted my sleep.

Super friendly staff: Upon checking in, Mika at the front desk made us feel like VIP guests at a fancy gala. Her warmth and helpfulness were reminiscent of a caring friend offering assistance during a crazy shopping spree in London. It truly made our stay special and memorable.

We stayed at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment which was an absolute blast for the whole family. the kids had a great time at the indoor playground, while my wife and I enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments. the hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options on-site.
