Great location right on the seafront with a beautiful sea view from my room. Excellent food and service at the restaurant. Helpful and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Well-appointed and spacious suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently close to a playground, funfair, and arcades for entertainment. Newer lodge rooms that were clean and well-maintained.

I got great value for my money at The Best Western in Lowestoft. The room was spacious and had an amazing sea view. The hotel's location right on the seafront was perfect, and the staff treated me really well.

The service here is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace with garden furniture is a great place to unwind, and the restaurant offers delicious food. The free toiletries and hair dryer in the room are a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

One staff member failed to grasp the rudimentary concept of customer service, but there is a good manager who takes care of any issues. this place offers great value for money and I would recommend it to family and friends.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location and good parking facilities. Being situated right on the Esplanade, we were able to enjoy pleasant strolls after dinner. The hotel also had a small carpark opposite and an elevator to the upper floors.

The bar had stunning views over the beach and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was spot on. The room was brand new and super cozy, with a beautiful sea view to top it off. We had a wonderful stay at the Hatfield, enjoying a last-minute getaway. Our suite was upgraded to a spacious room with a cozy settee and a stunning sea view. The bathroom had both a shower and bath, and the chef's passion for home-cooked food was evident in the delicious meals, including an unexpected treat of homemade macaroons. The room was comfortable, with a great sea view, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold options. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional.
