I had a pleasant stay at Waterloo. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Parking right outside the room was convenient. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was first class. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the stunning natural beauty surrounding the hotel, offering us endless opportunities for romantic walks and exploration. the hotel's convenient parking made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased, without any hassle. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the delicious food served in the restaurant, which had plenty of vegetarian options to suit my dietary preferences.

While our stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the room we were allocated faced a busy road, resulting in some noise and the occasional bright lights.

Lovely stay at Waterloo! Perfect location with beautiful views, plenty to do nearby. Spacious, clean rooms with access to pool, jacuzzi, steam room. Dinner was delicious with fast, friendly service. Breakfast buffet was a great value. Staff accommodating, offering early breakfast when needed. Cannot wait to rebook and return next year!

We spent Christmas in a hotel in a beautiful area of North Wales and it was nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good and there was a swimming pool and jacuzzi open all the time to enjoy. the location was also perfect, very close to the station and a few interesting places to visit were nearby. We were also provided with tea, coffee, and basic toiletries.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. the room was okay, but not as luxurious as expected, and there was no room cleaning service.
