Just returned from a fantastic stay at The Cloisters. The apartment was well kept, spacious, and impeccably clean. Secure parking on site was a bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location was perfect, with local shops, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. Alan and Chris, the hosts, provided outstanding customer service and were always available to assist us. Their knowledge of the city enhanced our experience greatly. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at the Cloisters by Big Fish Homes! the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped for a self-catering stay. the attention to detail was impressive, with a welcome bottle of fresh milk and umbrellas provided. the service from the host was top-notch, with clear communication before the trip and lots of helpful information about things to do in Belfast. the host was welcoming, friendly, and always available for any questions I had. it was a great experience.

Can't fault the property in any way! 😊

We got great value for our money at Big Fish Homes - The Cloisters. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, Alan and Chris, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.
