The location was not ideal, as the Abbey Reception was not conveniently located. The room was lacking basic amenities like salt, pepper, butter, and water, which had to be requested. However, the room itself was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, although some items ran out quickly and the hot options were often cold. The surrounding grounds were pleasant.

The customer service was very poor, with unresponsive staff and no effort to rectify issues.
