I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, being centrally located in the city near the prefecture capitol building. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, with a sitting area, trouser press, and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had free toiletries, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room. The dining facilities were top-notch, offering delicious meals. The staff were always available and ready to assist, with a 24-hour reception. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had a number of leisure facilities, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is a great choice for families.

Great hotel in Aomori city. The staff is extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable. The room is spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants and easy to walk around the city. We particularly enjoyed the top-quality shampoo and conditioner provided, which was a nice touch.

The hotel's location is not as close to the train station as advertised, which can be a bit of a hassle with large luggage. We recommend taking a taxi on arrival.
