I woudl have given this place a rave review, if only I hadn't been subjected to terrible noise from renovations all day. I almost forgot to mention that the room lacked basic necessities like towels! I also expected a complimentary gesture to compensate for my plight but ended up feeling utterly disregarded. Sad, really.

my stay at blue bells was lovely! my room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a great variety, and i really enjoyed the location right across from beautiful pembridge gardens. it was a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city.

We loved our stay here! The family room was spacious and had a smart TV, perfect for nights when the kids were winding down. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially for our small baby, with high chairs available and plenty of options. We visited the Transport Museum, and the kids had an absolute blast repairing a mini Tube train with toy spanners.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more towel racks would be great for families.

We were blessed with a spacious family room that really felt like home! ! Every morning we enjoyed our simple but hearty breakfast with lots of laughs with the staff, who were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer extra towels when we asked. Plus, the area is stunning. we took lovely walks through the nearby gardens, soaking in the tranquility before hitting the busy streets.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but for what we got, it was totally worth it.

We found ourselves just a short walk from the Notting Hill tube station,, made getting around easy. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us out with extra towels,, and our room was cozy enough for a couple of nights.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the location and convenience, it was still acceptable.

This is my fourth visit! The location is unbeatable, and I loved the lobby and dining area updates. Gluten-free bread at breakfast was a delightful surprise.

But my room could've used a good scrub. The lighting choices felt like I was hosting a disco party instead of relaxing!
