As someone with physical handicaps, I was delighted by the excellent provision and tolerance for young children at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were amazing with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. The spacious rooms, lovely balcony, and cleanliness of the hotel made me feel comfortable and at ease. The gym and pool were an extra bonus, and I appreciated being able to make use of these facilities.

The rooms in the outer building felt dated and lacked a luxurious feel. the proximity of the golf course to our room made us feel lacking in privacy.

There was a lovely pool at the hotel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful grounds. The outside play area was a hit with the kids too. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The Flames restaurant, right next to Carrie's restaurant & Carrie's bar area, provided us with a lovely dining experience. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, and we felt welcomed and relaxed. Our spacious room and clean bathroom provided us with all the comforts we needed. The breakfast had many delicious options to choose from, and the coffee machine in our room was a nice touch. We also loved the outside play area and grounds, perfect for our children to enjoy.
