I absolutely adored the lovely decor at the hotel, dear. the sexy-bohemian vibe and interesting interior details made me feel like I was in a charming bohemian retreat. the hotel's design was not only visually appealing but also very accessible for senior folks like me, with everything conveniently located and easy to navigate.

I would have preferred if the children working there had ensured the kitchen was open earlier for a delightful breakfast experience.

The room was stunning, with beautiful Victorian features, two massive fireplaces, and an amazing bath tub. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There was limited parking available and the closest pay car park didn't feel safe at night.

The delicious breakfast options, like the blueberry pancakes and the full English, made our mornings even better. The hotel's proximity to the main town and the Treacle Market on Sunday provided us with plenty of enjoyable activities. We were also grateful for the flexibility of leaving our bags in the room until 2pm. The overall atmosphere of the town was delightful, and we will definitely be returning. Despite the absence of a TV, we brought our own music and enjoyed a relaxing background soundtrack with our Alexa device.
